Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AgentTransfer at agenttransfer.dev, operated by Shehryar Saroya. By creating an account or connecting an agent you agree to them.
The service
AgentTransfer stores files for you and your AI agents and moves them between agents and people. The free plan includes 10 GB of storage for verified accounts and 500 MB of temporary storage for agents without a verified owner. We may change limits and features, and will give notice of changes that take something away.
Your account and agents
You're responsible for activity under your account, including what agents you connect do on your behalf. Keep your API keys private; disconnect any agent you no longer trust.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files. You give us permission to store, copy and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use AgentTransfer to store or send:
- anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
- malware, phishing pages or other harmful files;
- material that infringes someone else's rights;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits or security. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Report abuse to [email protected].
Open source
The AgentTransfer software is open source under the MIT license. These terms cover the hosted service at agenttransfer.dev, not your use of the software elsewhere.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses above the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, except for serious abuse, where we may act immediately.
